After a busy work night last night I decided to let someone else cook breakfast and after a bit of shopping for necessities, I chose Homestyle Cafe. Cordelia has been a fixture in the culinary scene here for a long time and she is known for great food with a good presentation for a fair price. I was dying for a hamburger which was perfect, ask for the Montreal seasoning. The biscuits and gravy were superb but not too heavy, a testament to the chefs magic and the eggs cooked to perfection. Try the Chili Gods sauce too. Whether you are a local or just in town to visit, come try the food here and soak up the locals atmosphere.

There has been a restaurant in Fort Bragg from Perko's to the Homestyle Cafe run by Ms Cordelia for as long as I can remember. She is an amazing member of our community and this spot is an institution on the coast. It is warm, friendly where many memories have been made. Today I shared a meal with family and friends, as always it was a great time. While many places have trouble with turnover, Homestyle keeps its high level of service. Everything there is amazing from the side of fruit, to the sausages and pancakes. As you see two meals had the sausage gravy, a fabulous choice here. Oh my goodness we needed a spot to go eat Denny's just wasn't going to work out for us so we looked it up on Google found a spot and oh we found a home whenever we go to the coast. let me tell you the service was outstanding the food was just so filling that we walked out content like if we just ate a bunch of donuts for our birthday.

A local Gem! Without you some of us would starve. Always consistent and predictable which is a real comfort. The other restaurants tend to have a boisterous atmosphere, Homestyle provides that wonderful, sip your coffee while looking at the Ocean experience.

What a fantastic find! We were on the lookout for a dog-friendly breakfast spot and thankfully saw Home Style Cafe as we passed by. The menu boasts a traditional breakfast diner fare, and it meets the mark! Our lovely waitress brought out water and snacks to our pups along with our craft of coffee and mugs. The pancakes were fluffy, the syrup was warm, the potatoes were perfectly seasoned and crispy in all the right places, we also had a delicious linguisa omelette and a western omelette (not pictured). Definitely recommend!

Surprisingly great food. Best french fries I've had in many years. I had the breakfast burrito and my partner had an omelette which were both delicious. Central location in fort Bragg. Going back again tomorrow.
